Aseyin: Filming, Taking Pictures of Corpse Not Allowed During Burial – Family

The family of the late Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba Dr. Abdulganiy Salawudeen Adekunle Oloogunebi Ajinese 1, has implored sympathizers that will attend his burial on Monday not to denigrate the status of the late king by taking pictures or filming the corpse during his burial.

Oba Adekunle joined his ancestors in the wee hours of Sunday at a health facility in Ibadan and his remains will be taken back to Iseyin for burial on Monday, according to the royal family.

The Chronicler Newspaper gathered on Monday morning that security measures have been put in place to ensure the instruction on filming or taking pictures of the corpse is abided with.

The monarch who ascended the throne in November 2007 died at the age of 62 and left behind wives, children and relatives.
