Braeking!! Amotekun Arrests Four Kidnappers Along Iseyin-Oyo Road

Four young Fulani men, namely Adam Musa (18 years old) from Kogi State, Babuga Ali (19 years old) from Sokoto State, Abdullahi Sheu (18) from Niger State and Umar Mesan (17 years old) from Kano State have been arrested by the men of the Western Nigeria Security Network (WNSC), popularly known as Amotekun on Thursday, at a farm at Odo-Ogun, along Iseyin-Oyo road.

The suspects told men of Amotekun operative that they were behind two successful kidnap cases, from which they collected #6.4million and #1.2million from the two victims.

They told the security men that they sent #3million from the ransom to a yet-to-be apprehended link at Kano State, who they claimed would help them procure some cows.

The four Fulani kidnappers were arrested when during an attempt to kidnap another farmer at a point popularly called ‘Mighty Farm’ at Odo-Ogun, while various weapons like locally-made guns and cartridges, machetes, knives and other dangerous weapons were found on them.

A close source within the Amotekun operatives in Iseyin confided in The Chronicler Newspaper that the suspects have been handed over to the police in Iseyin, for further investigations and prosecution.

Efforts by our reporter to confirm the transfer of the suspects to the police through calls to the Divisional Police Officer, Iseyin Divisional Headquarters was abortive, as he did not pick the calls.
