Kunmi Mustapha Celebrates Makinde on Birthday, Says Governor, A Presidential Material


The former Chairman of Oyo State’s People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman, Alhaji Kunmi Mustapha has felicitated with the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde on his birthday.

Mustapha described the governor as a God-sent to the people of Oyo State, saying Makinde’s administration has covered almost all aspect of the needs of the people of the State and describing the governor as a Presidential material.

He assured the people of Oyo State of continued growth in the areas of economic prosperity, urban renewal, social infrastructure and agribusiness development under the incumbent governor.

In a statement signed by the former PDP State chairman, who was recently appointed the Special Adviser to the governor on Inter-Party Affairs, Kunmi prayed that the governor shall live long in good health to pilot the affairs of the State and Nigeria as a whole.


“We congratulate our amiable and performing governor on attaining another glorious year on earth, Governor Makinde is a pride to our party, Oyo State and the whole of Nigeria.

“He is a Presidential material by all factors, he has displayed characters that make him a pan-Nigerian politician and lover of all, no matter the tribe.

“He has shown that leadership is not a tough call, he has demystified politics and made Oyo State our pride, other States are today looking at Oyo State like they should relocate and become indigenes of our State.

“We pray to God to give Governor Makinde many more years of good health to pilot the affairs of our State and also contribute to the growth of our nation, today, we need the likes of Makinde to revamp Nigeria’s economy and lead our nation out of the current doldrum.”

Mustapha used the medium to felicitate with the people of Oyo State and Nigerians at large on the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ and new year, calling on God to intervene in the affairs of the country.
