St. Theresa’s College Marks 90th Anniversary With Tree Planting, Fund Raising

Activities marking St Teresa’s College, Oke Ado, Ibadan 90th year anniversary kick starts on Thursday Sept 15, with a Tree Planting event at the school premises.

According to a press release by Professor Sidi Osho, Chairman of the Planning Committee, the event, supported by the United Nations, will attract dignitaries from all walks of life.

Osho added that as part of the activities to mark the milestone anniversary, the Alumni plans a N70 million fund raising ceremony for a total refurbishment of the school infrastructure such as building and renovation of classrooms, fences, library, road rehabilitation, construction of modern day toilets and much more.

The University don called on all ex -Teresians both in Nigeria and in the diaspora to join hands with the Planning Committee to make the anniversary a huge success.

The grand finale of activities for the anniversary will be rounded off from Tuesday January 31st and February 4th, 2023.

Osho listed other members of the 22- alumni Planning Committee include Hon. Abike Dabiri -Erewa, Otunba Ranti Koiki, Barr. Tayo Ladipo, Mrs Teju Ibukunoluwa and Mrs Funke Jegede.
