Youth Organization, Titilayomi Ahmadu Organize Iseyin City Mega Praise For Makinde

A youth organization, Better Nation Initiative (BNI) and a member of the Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso (LAUTECH), Mrs Titilayomi Ahmadu have organized a special Christian praise night to appreciate God for the success of the first term in office of Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State.

According to the Convener of the praise night which held on Friday evening, Babalola Oluwaseun Davies, the gathering was used to show gratitude to God for giving the executive governor the opportunity to serve Oyo State people and actualise his campaign promises.

Babalola said the occasion was also used to ask for God’s guide towards a successful 2023 election victory for the incumbent for the State to continue to enjoy the spate of economic, human and infrastructural development.

”Oyo State, under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde has become the cynosure of other States in Nigeria, we are proud of our governor and his performance from 2019 till date.

”We have used this gathering to appreciate God for giving us this game-changer as a governor while also asking for a repeat of this grace, come 2023.”

According to the theme of the event “Activating Omituntun 2:0 Through Sacrifice of Praise (Hebrews 13:15)”, the coordinating clergyman, Evangelist Sola Ogundare urged Christians to pray for good governance by offering sacrifices of praise to God.

He told the people of Oyo State to be steadfast in their resolution to seek better leadership as that only could guarantee their wellbeing.

Mrs Titilayomi Ahmadu enjoined the people of Iseyin to come out en mass to exercise their voting rights in 2023 by voting continued progress and prosperity.

She said the State Governor has met many yearnings of the people of the community in the areas of good road networks, establishment of tertiary institution and better representation in government.
